At EasyTripPro, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that travel plans can change, and we strive to make our refund and cancellation process as clear and fair as possible. Please read the following policy carefully before making a booking.

Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation according to the terms below:
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, subject to airline or hotel policies.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.

  • All cancellations must be made by phone to ensure prompt processing.

  • We do not process cancellations via email.

  • Some reservations may be non-refundable as per the provider’s policy. Please review all terms before booking.

  • No refunds are available for "no show" situations where the traveler does not arrive for the scheduled service.

Refund

Refunds are processed according to the policies of the airline, hotel, or service provider. EasyTripPro will facilitate your refund request and keep you informed throughout the process.

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 10-15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • In rare cases, refunds may take up to 60-90 days due to provider or bank processing times.

  • Our service fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking.
